About Me & The Practice
I’m Jack Rosamilia (he/they), a student practitioner of Core Energetics — a somatic healing practice that’s helped me uncover my unique gifts, deepen my relationships, and find meaning with more ease and clarity.
Core Energetics is a body-based approach to healing that goes beyond traditional talk therapy by actively engaging the body in the process. It helps people move through stuck places by exploring the deep connection between mind and body. Using breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, this work helps release emotional blocks and shift limiting beliefs that hold us back from living fully.
My practice blends Core Energetics with my lived experience as a queer, trans, non-monogamous person and my background in social justice and creative writing. I bring all of that into the space — honoring how our identities, histories, and relationships shape our healing
In our sessions, I draw from a range of tools—including body-led approaches, journaling, meditation, and grounding—to support your unique process. Every session is shaped by your needs, your energy, and your intuition. This is a collaborative exploration, not a one-size-fits-all method. I fully welcome feedback at any point and strive to co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.
I live in upstate New York with my partner, best friend, dog Benny (left), two cats (Clark and Roma), and a flock of backyard chickens. This practice was born out of my own search for deeper connection—to self, to others, and to the full range of what it means to feel alive.
I’m deeply committed to offering this work to my queer and trans community—creating a space where our full selves are welcomed, honored, and supported. It’s my passion to make somatic healing more accessible, especially for those who’ve never had the chance to experience this kind of body-based, relational work.
